Letty has been immersed in fashion since her early teens in The Netherlands. “My father died leaving a department store which Mother made into a ladies fashion business,” she explains. “I grew up in retail fashion and I love it.” Letty uses her incomparable European flair to find flattering styles for each customer and the perfect accessories to complete the look. “Shepherd’s makes my job easy because Shepherd’s is unique,” she says. “We carry merchandise you just won’t find in other mall shops.” Small wonder then, in addition to its loyal Ottawa clientele, that Shepherd’s customer base includes discerning shoppers from Toronto and Montreal.
