Thank you for thirty spectacular years! In 1978 we opened a jewellery kiosk at 240 Sparks to introduce a sensational line of costume jewellery to Ottawa women. You said ‘More!’ We obliged. Today, Shepherd’s Rideau and Shepherd’s Bayshore dress and accessorize their discerning clientele in pretty -- and practical – sophisticated fashions.
