To help kick off the holiday season, Shepherd's was pleased to once again welcome Bruyére, and over a hundred of their friends, colleagues and volunteers, for a night of glitz and glamour. Along with a fun and festive fashion show, guests enjoyed amazing catering by the Ottawa Hospital, delicious wine, and free make-up application and tips from the team at Burberry. Peggy Taillon, Bruyére President, graced us with a moving speech about how many lives Bruyére has touched and will continue to touch. By providing such a wide range of vital programs and services, their team is able to care for the most vulnerable people in our community and work closely with the families of their residents and patients. A big thank-you goes out to the volunteers of Bruyére who tirelessly work year-round. And a big thank-you to Anick Sabourin who organized this year's Shepherd's Fashion FUNraiser and continually supports the community and Bruyére with great fundraising events.
