Here are some tips to help you love the skin you’re in!
Hydration hydration hydration! The skin is our largest organ and it needs water to function and look it’s best! Hydration also equals exfoliation! When we hydrate enough our skin regenerates itself naturally. 8-10 glasses of water a day is ideal. Remember that caffeine and alcohol will cancel out a glass of water.
Exfoliation. Removing the dead surface skin cells with an appropriate exfoliant for your skin will brighten a sallow complexion, allowing for better absorption of skincare solutions and soften the texture of the skin.
Sleep. Getting enough quality sleep is essential for all of our organs to function properly, and to replenish and repair cells. REM is where change happens, so if you are dreaming you are repairing!
Exercise. Circulation helps with over all skin tone and colour as well as stimulating the lymphatic system to release toxins through our pores.
Nutrition. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables ensures essential vitamins and minerals are replenished into the skin. Avoid sugar as this will dehydrate your skin.

Day Cream for protection from UVA (aging rays) and UVB (SPF) components with antioxidants to help combat and protect from free radical damage.
Night Cream for repair. Ingredients work at a cellular level to help stimulate collagen synthesis, brighten complexion, reduce redness, and smooth fine lines.
Enzymatic exfoliants such as AHAs and retinol will help accelerate cell renewal, smooth fine lines, soften texture and brighten skin.
