A Fitting Finale to Shepherd's Fall Fashion Week
We got more than we bargained for when we invited Canadian celebrity stylist, Lynn Spence to curate and present the finale of our first-ever Fall Fashion Week. She styled a delightful fashion show but more importantly delivered a meaningful message.

On The Same Wavelength
Lynn Spence is an obvious choice for Shepherd's, as we share a common philosophy on fashion: using models of varying body shapes, ages and lifestyles to represent today's full spectrum of women.
"I don't care about 'high fashion'," states Lynn, "I'm all about dressing women who have lumps and bumps and making them feel fantastic. The right top, pant and accessor[ies], can powerfully transform a woman. Being an agent of positive change is what keeps it fresh [...]. I love what I do!"
Of Worth To All Women

"Mix it up and personalize your look using your own rules," advises Lynn.[/caption]
Lynn's down-to-Earth presentation had the audiences roaring with laughter, and the content of her message was incredibly thought provoking. In fact, at one point you could hear a pin drop as she went on about how women put everyone else's needs first. "Please ladies, I am pleading with you to remember just how special you are," she enthuses, "Don't leave your best pieces hanging in your closet. You are worth looking your best everyday."
She Who Hesitates, Misses Out
On the matter of shopping, Lynn offered this golden nugget, "Ladies, when you come across [something] that you like, and that works for you, [...] purchase it, then and there. Be decisive! If you hesitate, the item will be gone and you will end up wishing that you had been proactive. The bottom line [is] treat yourself well!"
"May I Say, This Is Good, This Is So Very Good!"
This is an exclamatory sentence that you will often hear Lynn uttering. We use it to describe our experience in meeting and working with her too. She is exactly as she is on her style segments in CityLine: fun, down-to-Earth and completely passionate in every aspect of life and style. We cannot wait to have her back!
