Regular-priced items purchased between October 26 and December 24, 2026, may be returned or exchanged until January 10, 2027. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt.
For mail returns, parcels must be postmarked by January 10, 2027.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.
Please note: This extended return policy does not apply to sale items, promotional purchases (including Black Friday, Style Steals, and Boxing Day), or any other discounted merchandise.
