We do not offer gift wrapping services, but gift boxes are available for jewelry.
In store purchases are put in an iconic Shepherd's leopard print bag.
Online purchases are wrapped shipped in the original plastic packaging or wrapped in tissue paper.
We do our best to process your order within 3 business days. Sometimes we have items here and sometimes we must wait to receive them, and then ship them to you.

We are pleased to accept returns both in-store and by mail. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it meets the following criteria:
- Regular priced items can be returned within 14 days of the shipping date or delivery date, whichever is later.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached, and accompanied by the original packing slip.
- Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, special occasion wear, evening bags, and undergarments.
- All sale items are final sale. Purchases made during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale, Summer Sale, Boxing Day Sale, and other reductions in price are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited.

- Step 4: Follow the steps.
- Step 5: When you come back to the site you can log in and see your history and orders.

Colors can and do look different on computer monitors and cell phone screens. This has to do with pixels, resolution, and the human eye.
No, items in your shopping cart are not held for you. If the item is no longer available when you go to check out, you will receive an error message.
Each brand has a size chart attached to the products. These are general guidelines. Please see individual product descriptions for more specific fit information, if available.
Due to the manufacturing process your garment could measure up to ¼” more or less than indicated on the size chart. This is normal and to be expected.
