A feminine A-shaped under knee raincoat in a loose fit. The raincoat has a discreet Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk logo debossed on left sleeve. The hood is detachable and is attached by a weather proof strap in artificial leather. The style features side pockets with flaps, fancy slits in side seams with press buttons, button closure at wrist and a YKK 2-way zipper at center front. Inside the style has a clean and delicate finish with logo ribbon. Quality is a light and subtle waterproof rubberized PU with polyester tricot on backside and all seams are double welded. Return Eligibility:

You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date, whichever is later, to initiate a return for regular-priced items.

Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including undergarments.

Sale Items:

All sale and promotional items are final sale. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on discounted items, including BOGO items and those purchased during special sale events.

Any returned sale/ final items will be donated to a local charity.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or, if requested, issued as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card, MINUS the cost of the return shipping label created by Shepherd's and sent to you through our Return Portal.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us prior to initiating a return. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
