Photographer and Nikon USA Ambassador Kristi Odom beautifully captures a Slender Spreadwing Damselfly opening its wings before flight at Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge in Woodbridge, VA. The colours are soft and organic lending to a lovely elegance.
Kristi says her work is driven by a passion to help people connect emotionally to wildlife and the natural world.
Each scarf is produced from a custom milled fabric made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and diverts three bottles from the waste stream. They are soft and flowy and feel beautiful around your neck. All scarves are sustainably produced and are developed and manufactured employing the highest ethical production standards.
A portion of Kristi's 'Damselfly' scarves is donated to the Audubon Society of Northern Virginia.
