Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later) to initiate a return for regular-priced items.

Returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached – and include the original packing slip.

To initiate a return, please use our online return portal.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

• Undergarments, for hygiene reasons

• Sale and promotional items are final sale. This includes items purchased during special promotions or BOGO events.

• Any returned sale/final sale items will be donated to a local charity and will not be refunded or returned.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, or upon request, issued as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before initiating a return. We’re here to help make it right.

Return Process

All returns must be processed through our RETURN PORTAL.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

US customers must return items via the United States Postal Service. We do not provide prepaid labels.

Shepherd’s Shipping Policy

Shepherd’s is committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

🚨 Important Update – Canada Post Strike

Due to the Canada Post strike, we are temporarily shipping with alternative carriers within Canada to ensure your orders are delivered without delay. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the carrier used. Tracking information will be provided for every order.

Shipping Rates

Canada and US Orders

• Orders of $99 or more before tax → FREE shipping

• Orders of $98.99 or less before tax → $15 flat rate

United States

• UPS Global Checkout → All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
  Customers pay upfront for a seamless delivery experience with no extra fees at the border.

International (Outside of Canada & USA)

• All orders → $50 flat rate

Taxes & Duties

• Canadian Orders – Subject to Federal and Provincial taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

• U.S. Orders – Duties and taxes included through UPS Global Checkout. No surprise fees upon delivery.

• International Orders (outside U.S. & Canada) – May be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once they cross the border. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Note for International Customers

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as any taxes or duties incurred upon return to Canada.

At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

Holiday Return Policy

Regular-priced items purchased between October 12 and December 24, 2025 may be returned or exchanged until January 11, 2026. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached and require a receipt.

For mail returns, items must be postmarked by January 11, 2026.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.

Note: This extended return policy does not apply to sale items, promotions, or discounted merchandise.
