Sympli makes fashion and style sense - A look back at a few Sympli moments

A famous clothing designer once said that dressing a woman for a special occasion is easy. It's keeping looking and feeling put together day after day that is the greater challenge.

If some clothing pieces have a moment and then vanish, others are designed to last and offer a strong presence in the way we dress.

Here at Shepherd's, we truly embraced Sympli as a style philosophy.  Its design is made to fit without fuss, and to make us feel comfortable to move to sit and go from day to night.

In honour of our latest Wardrobe Wednesday heralding our latest Top 10 Sympli pieces, we've put together a series of images styled up in Sympli from seasons past.

The Lady Boss, Marlene in her Go To Tee from Sympli. "I see true value in taking a well fitting basic piece and bringing it to life with accessories."

Primal in the Go To Tank from Sympli

Shepherd's Store Manager Primal wore this Sympli Go To Tank and Wide Leg Pant Crop in silver melange for a photo shoot we did to launch new freshwater pearl pieces from Wanted.

Theresa mixes it up with Sympli and a Lisette L Pant

Theresa, Shepherd's former Hostess with the Mostest and regular model, in Sympli's Key Vest and Go To Tee. One of the many reasons we favour Sympli's signature jersey fabric is because it pairs so well with pieces from our other lines, like this pant from Lisette L.

Nelly feeles confident in Sympli

Nelly loves a good Sympli cropped style to layer over a modern look. "I love Sympli for my body shape," expresses Nelly. "As an Inverted Triangle, I know that a fuller pant will balance my stronger shoulder line."

Debra in the Sympli Skess and Go To Tee

Can you guess what Debra is wearing? .Sympli has surprised us at every turn and every season with multi-functional pieces like the skess, a fold over waist skirt that doubles as a halter dress.

Shelly sailing in Sympli style

Shepherd's customer Shelley is one of the many who have discovered how "packably perfect" Sympli can be for travel. It's a travel chameleon that you can accent with any accessory that strikes your fancy (such as a Necknot fabric neck piece).

Lorraine in a Sympli head to toe timeless look

A few years ago, Sympli designed a collection in a smart striped print. Their prints energize our basic solid toned selections with a timeless appeal.  Looks will appeal to a classic, artsy or even sexy style personality, all depending on how you put them together.

Shepherd's Customer in Sympli

Sympli is an ongoing staple for some, and a recent discovery for others.  When Shelley came for an in-store visit all the way from Texas, she set her sights on trying Sympli and loved it!

Kirsten styling it up in Sympli

Kirsten loves Sympli when showcasing new jewelry collections like the Myka Soho collection last spring.

Theresa showed two striped dresses she packed in a carry on for a trip. I would love this dress if it is available again

Keep the good work! Very interesting choice of garments: colors, styles. More size 18 and XL pieces would be appreciated

Looking for the short black necklace with a bit of silver in the middle that Elaine wore today with her basic Sympli. I have tried to find it on other occasions/live shows, but with no luck. Would like to order it.
