At Shepherd's Fashions, we believe in finding our customers the right outfit that works for them and their bodies.
We value the time we have with our clients to help you to discover the best qualities in your body and your personality. Our style experts are ready to deliver thoughtful advice and wardrobe suggestions to our guests. With an understanding of the frustrations we can all experience in finding an appropriate outfit to wear, we aim to have our customers walk away with a newfound confidence and knowledge they may not have known before.
A little bit of
Our company started with mother-daughter duo, Trudy and
Marlene Shepherd over 40 years ago.
With a dream and love of fashion, we wanted to offer more to women than unique styles and accessories. We were driven by the opportunity to assist women in dressing for their bodies, and for any occasion.
Since Shepherd’s Fashions first opened as a little kiosk on Ottawa’s Sparks Street, we’ve grown and discovered even more about the women’s fashion industry. We’ve introduced workshops, contributed to charities, mentored designers, expanded our product lines, and more! With our flagship location at the Ottawa Train Yards, and recently launched (and quickly growing) online store, we continue to see success in our mission to provide women with expert advice and unique pieces for their wardrobe.
Since 1978, mother and daughter Trudy and Marlene have earned a reputation in Ottawa as the leading ladies behind this growing fashion and accessory store. Shepherd’s Fashions founder and lead fashion consultant, Marlene, seeks unique and functional styles for the modern woman. Marlene knows style and stays on top of the latest trends in women’s apparel. She has built a team of fashion consultants that assist her customers in creating just the right look. Marlene’s passion for fashion is reflected in her dedication to delivering an exceptional experience to her customers.
