Shepherd's Fashions is committed to providing an excellent shopping experience. Please take a moment to review the details of our return policy below.


Canada Return Policy

Return Eligibility:
You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later) to initiate a return for regular-priced items.

Returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached – and include the original packing slip.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale merchandise
  • Promotional items
  • Items purchased during special sale events, including BOGO promotions

All sale and promotional merchandise is Final Sale.

Return Policy – SHAN
For all return requests, whether purchased in-store or online, please contact us directly online@shepherdsfashions.com so we can initiate the return request with the manufacturer on your behalf. Returns cannot be processed directly through the store. Once the manufacturer has reviewed and approved the request, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued and sent to the customer. 


Return Policy – Mave & Chez (Online Exclusive)
Please note that Mave & Chez Online Exclusive items cannot be returned in-store or by mail to Shepherd’s. All returns must be shipped directly to the supplier for processing.


Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or upon request, as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.
If you use a prepaid return label provided by Shepherd’s (via our Return Portal), the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before initiating a return. We’re here to help make it right.

Return Process:
All returns must be processed through our RETURN PORTAL. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

While return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, all returns must be processed through our RETURN PORTAL. Please be aware that you will need to manually ship your parcel back to us via the United States Postal Service. We cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label.

International Return Policy

Important Note for International Customers:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as any taxes or duties incurred upon return to Canada. At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
