All Alquema garments are unique, hand made, and hand pleated with care. To maintain their beauty and longevity, we recommend you treat them well. Wash by hand in cold water, with a dash of mild natural detergent. Flat dry your Alquema, and please do not tumble dry or apply any heat. To dry, leave the garment flat and leave in a shaded area. Return Eligibility:
You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date, whichever is later, to initiate a return for regular-priced items.
Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip.
To initiate a return, please use our online return portal.
Return Policy – SHAN (Online Exclusive)
For all return requests, whether purchased in-store or online, please contact us directly online@shepherdsfashions.com so we can initiate the return request with the manufacturer on your behalf. Returns cannot be processed directly through the store. Once the manufacturer has reviewed and approved the request, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued and sent to the customer.
Return Policy – Mave & Chez (Online Exclusive)
Please note that Mave & Chez Online Exclusive items cannot be returned in-store or by mail to Shepherd’s. All returns must be shipped directly to the supplier for processing.
Holiday Return Policy
Regular-priced items purchased between October 12 and December 24, 2025 may be returned or exchanged until January 11, 2026. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached and require a receipt.
For mail returns, items must be postmarked by January 11, 2026.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.
Note: This extended return policy does not apply to sale items, promotions, or discounted merchandise.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including undergarments.
Sale Items:
All sale and promotional items are final sale. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on discounted items, including BOGO items and those purchased during special sale events.
Any returned sale/final items will be donated to a local charity.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or, if requested, issued as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us prior to initiating a return. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
Return Process:
While return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, all returns must be processed through our RETURN PORTAL. This helps us efficiently manage the return process.
Please be aware that you will need to manually ship your parcel back to us via the United States Postal Service. We cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label.
