Shepherd's is now happy to offer Curb-side Pick-up at our Ottawa Location.  Please choose this option upon checkout. 

Shepherd’s is pleased to ship with Canada Post under normal conditions. We will and can ship via PUROLATOR, UPS, CANPAR or other couriers that are best suited to get your package to you as quickly as possible as required. You can choose to pay for special delivery to expedite your order. Please call us. at 1-613-789-7400 x 1.

As of March 20, we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA, until further notice.

$10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING TO USA, until further notice.

NEW!!!  INTERNATIONAL We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please choose international option at check out and we will calculate shipping and get back to you. If you feel the shipping is too high we are happy to refund you.  We are excited to ship to you however we do have to invoice you for that cost. Duties and taxes extra for your in country charges.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Regular Priced Items

We want you to love your new Shepherd’s pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your regular-priced items, we are pleased to offer you an exchange or refund within 14-days of the original purchase date or shipping date whichever is later.

During Covid-19, we will offer a more flexible window for returns. Please contact us to arrange an extension. Thank you.

Returned items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, not damaged, and must be accompanied by the original packing slip. Once your refund is processed you will be notified via email.

Please allow up to 7-days for your return to be processed. Shepherd’s cannot claim responsibility for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.

Sale Items

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. This includes any Style Steals, Cyber Monday and Black Friday purchases. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

If you return a sale item, you can a) pay to have the item returned to you, or b) we can donate the item to a local shelter.

 

STRICTLY ENFORCED

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items:

We are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges/refunds on the following:

  • Sale items
  • Special occasion wear
  • Evening bags
  • Undergarments
  • Pierced earrings
  • Hats
  • Hair accessories.

A note on return shipping: If your return items that equal to or less than a net sale of $98.99, we will issue a return less the applicable shipping cost. 

A note on Gifts with Purchase: If you receive a GWP and you do not return it, we will issue a return less the retail price of the GWP. Of course, GWP only need to be returned if you no longer meet the original criteria for the original award or gift.

CANADIAN ORDERS

We are legally required to collect HST in Ontario. Your order is subject to Canadian taxes, which will be calculated at check out based on your shipping address.

USA and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order may be subject to duties and taxes outside of the sale and shipping costs. Shepherd’s cannot take responsibility for any duties and taxes that may be applied to your package once it crosses the border. On occasion, custom agents may delay delivery of a package; therefore, Shepherd’s cannot guarantee a delivery date.
