Temporary Update – Possible Canada Post Strike
With a potential Canada Post strike beginning May 22, we kindly ask that you contact us before returning any items. This will help us ensure your return is routed correctly and prevent unnecessary delays. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Refused Deliveries Due to Duties
Shipments to the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, currently up to 30% for items made in China (subject to change based on US government policy).
If a package is refused at the time of delivery due to duties or taxes:

The parcel will be returned to us by the carrier.

A refund will be issued only after the parcel is received back, and will be less any shipping charges, return fees, and applicable duties incurred as a result of the refusal.
To avoid unexpected charges, we encourage you to accept the parcel and contact us if you need assistance with a return.

Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later) to initiate a return for regular-priced items.
Returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached – and include the original packing slip.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Undergarments, for hygiene reasons

Sale and promotional items are final sale. This includes items purchased during special promotions or BOGO events.

Any returned sale/final sale items will be donated to a local charity and will not be refunded or returned.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, or upon request, issued as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before initiating a return. We’re here to help make it right.
Return Process
All returns must be processed through our RETURN PORTAL.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
US customers must return items via the United States Postal Service. We do not provide prepaid labels.
