Holiday Return Policy: 

Regular priced items purchased between October 10, 2023 and December 31, 2023 can be returned for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging with tags attached, and a receipt is required. Returns must be completed no later than January 8, 2024.

Extended return policy does not apply to sale items, promotions or discounted merchandise.

Refunds will be issued on the original method of payment, or a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.

Returns: We are pleased to accept returns both in-store and by mail. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

• Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
• Regular-priced items can be returned within 14 days of the shipping date or delivery date, whichever is later.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached, and accompanied by the original packing slip.
• Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, special occasion wear, evening bags, and undergarments.
• All sale items are final sale, including Style Steals, and purchases made on Black Friday and Cyber Monday are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
2. For Canadian orders, you can return the parcel via the courier of your choice. Although a tracking number is not required, it is highly recommended.
3. For returns from the USA, please send your package via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
4. For international orders, please contact us prior to shipping a return.
5. If you require an extension for your return, please contact email us at online@shepherdsfashions.com.
6. Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.

Shipping: We are pleased to offer shipping services through Canada Post. Please review the shipping rates and policies below:

Canadian Orders:

• Orders of $50 or more (before taxes): Free shipping.
• Orders of $49.99 or less (before taxes): $15 flat rate shipping.

US Orders:

• Orders of $50 or more (before taxes): $10 flat rate shipping.
• Orders of $49.99 or less (before taxes): $25 flat rate shipping.
• Please note that additional duties and taxes on US orders may be applicable.

International Orders:

• All orders: $50 flat rate shipping.

Taxes & Duties:

Canadian Orders:

• Orders are subject to Federal and Provincial taxes. Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

US and International Orders:

• Orders may be subject to import fees, duties, and taxes. Shepherd's Fashions cannot claim responsibility for any fees that may be applied to a parcel once it crosses the border. Additionally, you may be required to pay sales tax on your order, which Shepherd's collects, and remits to your state authority.

Gifts with Purchase: If you receive a Gift with Purchase (GWP) and wish to return the purchased item(s), please note the following:

• If you do not return the GWP alongside your garment(s), we will issue a return less the retail price of the GWP.
• GWP only needs to be returned if you no longer meet the original criteria for the award or gift.
