• Orders of $99 or more before tax → FREE shipping
  
  
• Orders of $98.99 or less before tax → $15 flat rate

Taxes & Duties

• Canadian Orders – Subject to Federal and Provincial taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later) to initiate a return for regular-priced items.

Returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached – and include the original packing slip.

To initiate a return, please use our online return portal.

Return Policy – SHAN (Online Exclusive)

SHAN items cannot be returned in-store or by mail to Shepherd’s. All returns must be shipped directly to the manufacturer for processing. Return authorization is required prior to sending any item back.

Return Policy – Mave & Chez (Online Exclusive)

Mave & Chez Online Exclusive items cannot be returned in-store or by mail to Shepherd’s. All returns must be shipped directly to the supplier for processing.

Holiday Return Policy

Regular-priced items purchased between October 12 and December 24, 2025 may be returned or exchanged until January 11, 2026.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached and require a receipt.

For mail returns, items must be postmarked by January 11, 2026.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.

Note: This extended return policy does not apply to sale items, promotions, or discounted merchandise.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Undergarments, for hygiene reasons
Sale and promotional items are final sale. This includes items purchased during special promotions or BOGO events.

Any returned sale/final sale items will be donated to a local charity and will not be refunded or returned.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or upon request, to a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.

If you use a prepaid return label provided by Shepherd’s (via our Return Portal), the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before initiating a return. We’re here to help make it right.

Return Process

All returns must be processed through our RETURN PORTAL.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you use a prepaid return label provided by Shepherd’s (via our Return Portal), the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
