Important Note for International Customers
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as any taxes or duties incurred upon return to Canada.
At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later) to initiate a return for regular-priced items.
Returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached – and must include the original packing slip.

To initiate a return, please use our online return portal.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
Undergarments, for hygiene reasons
Sale and promotional items are final sale. This includes items purchased during special promotions or BOGO events.
Any returned sale/final sale items will be donated to a local charity and will not be refunded or returned.

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, or upon request, issued as a Shepherd's Fashions gift card.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before initiating a return. We're here to help resolve the issue promptly.

All returns must be processed through our RETURN PORTAL to ensure smooth handling.
International customers must manually ship their parcel back to us using the shipping method of their choice.
We are unable to provide a prepaid return label for international returns.
