Return Process
All returns must be initiated through our online return portal. This helps us manage your return efficiently and ensures faster processing.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Canadian customers: If you choose to use a prepaid return label provided by Shepherd’s (via the portal), the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later) to initiate a return for regular-priced items.
Returned items must be:
In original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged
With original tags attached
Accompanied by the original packing slip
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or upon request, to a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.
Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once received. You will be notified by email when your refund is complete.
If a prepaid return label from Shepherd’s is used, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
Undergarments, for hygiene reasons
Sale and promotional items (including BOGO, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Summer Sale, and other discounted items)
All final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If returned, they will be donated to a local charity and will not be refunded or returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
