Les cartes-cadeaux sont envoyées par e-mail et contiennent des instructions sur la façon de les échanger. Nos cartes-cadeaux électroniques n'ont aucun frais de traitement et sont valables pour une utilisation en magasin et en ligne.

Une fois votre commande traitée, vous recevrez deux courriels : un reçu de transaction et une carte-cadeau. Transférez simplement la carte-cadeau par e-mail ou imprimez la carte pour le destinataire.

Return Eligibility:

You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date, whichever is later, to initiate a return for regular-priced items.

Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip.

To initiate a return, please use our online return portal.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including undergarments.

Sale Items:

All sale and promotional items are final sale. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on discounted items, including BOGO items and those purchased during special sale events.

Any returned sale/ final items will be donated to a local charity.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or, if requested, issued as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card, MINUS the cost of the return shipping label created by Shepherd's and sent to you through our Return Portal.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us prior to initiating a return. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.

Return Process:

All returns must be processed through our return portal. This helps us efficiently manage the return process.
