Shepherd’s is committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We ship via Canada Post to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Rates & Details

Canada

  • Orders of $99 or more (before tax): FREE shipping

  • Orders of $98.99 or less (before tax): $15 flat rate

Taxes & Duties:

  • Canadian orders are subject to Federal and Provincial taxes, calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

United States

  • Shipping Method: Canada Post/United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $15 per order

We Cover All Duties & Tariffs:

  • The total cost at checkout includes the product price, shipping, and any applicable U.S. taxes.

  • You pay everything upfront—no additional fees when your package arrives.

International (Outside Canada & U.S.)

  • Shipping Rate: $50 flat rate for all orders

  • Taxes & Duties:

    • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once they cross the border.

    • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
